Morning Kind Tea

I start my mornings with a nice cup or two of Kind Tea. What is Kind Tea? Kind Tea is herbal tea that is good for the body, mind, and soul. Kind Tea has no caffeine, and is a mix of fresh botanical, vegetable and fruit ingredients. Since drinking my own Kind Tea recipes, I have felt immensely better in almost all ways. My tea recipes have no added sugar. Below are some recipes that I have created to help you create your own cup of Kind Tea in the mornings!


Savory Morning Kind Tea

This tea is a great way to start the morning and imbibe some wonderful goodness into your day. Savory Morning Kind Tea has a subtle smoothness and buttery lightness that makes this tea easy to drink, and doesn't upset the stomach.


Ingredients


-Vegetable Stock (homemade preferred 1/4 cup)

-Ginger Root (6 small chopped pieces, about 3 grams)

-Dried Chrysanthemum or another mild dried flower with light flavor (10 florets)

-Water (3/4 of the tea pot or kettle)


Recipe Instructions


Put water and stock in a tea pot or kettle and begin heating water to a boil. While the water is heating, cut off the skin of the ginger root, and discard the skin. Cut the remaining root into small pieces. Put the ginger root into the water. Add the dried flowers and continue boiling the water. Boil between 5-10 minutes. Pour into a tea cup or your favorite drinking mug and enjoy!


Kind Ginger Lime Tea

This tea is great for a hot or cold drink when want a Kind drink with zesty flavour and you need something cleansing and fresh to revitalize your essence.


Ingredients


-Water (fill kettle or pot)

-Ginger Root (10 small chopped pieces, about 5 grams)

-Lime (1/2 small lime)


Recipe Instructions


Fill a tea kettle or pot with water and bring to a boil. While the water is heating, cut off the skin of the ginger root, and discard the skin. Cut remaining the root into small pieces. Put the ginger root into the water. Cut a small lime in half. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the lime into the water. Then cut it in half. Put the lime into the water (do not peel the lime). Boil for 5-10 minutes. Pour into a tea cup or your favorite drinking mug and enjoy! If you want it as a cold tea, let it cool for a while, and then pour over ice, or keep in the refridgerator until cold.


Kind Summer Fruit Tea/ Kind Summer Fruit Water


Ingredients


-Water (fill kettle or pot)

-10 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

-10 Bluerries (fresh or frozen)

-Lime (1/2 small lime)


Recipe Instructions


Fill a tea kettle or pot with water and bring to a boil. Cut a small lime in half. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the lime into the water. Then cut it in half. Put the lime into the water (do not peel the lime). wash the strawberries and bluerries and add to the water. Boil for 5-10 minutes. Pour into a tea cup or your favorite drinking mug and add a few pieces of fresh fruit and enjoy! If you want it as a cold tea, let it cool for a while, and then pour over ice, or keep in the refridgerator until cold.
